Kenyan Gititu AA - You have to give this one a try.  Great flavor profile that makes you want to keep coming back for another cup.

Decaf Ethiopian Sidamo - This is a decaf that breaks the rules.  It has the flavor profile of a regular coffee without the caffeine!

Monsooned Malabar - Smooth and unique.  Has a flavor like no other coffee, worth a try if you have never had it before.

Yemen Mocca Sanani - This one is wild and bold.  The flavor smoothes out as the cup rests.  It has a bite and yet the dark chocolate note makes it very enjoyable.
